Our beefsteak tomatoes produce large, 10-12 oz., globe-shaped red fruits with a full flavor. The beefsteak tomatoes have a nice combination of size, taste and earliness.
Harvest Tips: Harvest when majority of the tomato is not green and allow the tomato to continue to ripen on the counter until fully red. This will help prevent the tomato from splitting and cracking.
